Thanks again for the XOM alert several months back.
Don't thank me, thank Dakkie, another of Christine's stable of Jims. He was asking me about stonks and got me to look at my brokerage accounts. That's when I saw XOM was trading at half price and the dividend yield was north of 10%. It was a risky trade with talk of them cancelling the divs, like the former GM did that wiped out my mother. The original GM stock just went away. This isn't my father's GM.
It's having to cover some dogs these days.
XOM is the only thing that limited my losses to only $100k.

These are infinitely better than canned refried beans. The bean/water ratio is about 50/50. I use a double boiler to cook them for a couple three hours, real low.

Cooked meat, I use hot Italian sausage. Diced onion Peppers, I use fresh jalapenos and a habanero. Costco Spice Islands Taco Seasoning Costco Minced garlic Yellow cheese, such as cheddar Salt, pepper
I mix everything together except the cheese in the top of a double boiler pot. Add boiling water and mix, then put over the bottom pot of simmering water, low, for a few hours until the vegetables are cooked, stirring occasionally.
Shut off the heat and add cheese, mix. You want the cheese to melt, not cook.

I had a pretty bad plumbing misadventure at the secret airbase (in the upstairs bordello) earlier this week (in the middle of the night, of course), including a flood. Long story, short, it required several bits and pieces and all the strength my old man body has to fix it. Took three days total, maybe 8 hours including clean-up.
It's an ultra-low flush pot (1.28gpf), but it has a dark secret... If you hold the handle down for a second, it dumps about an extra gallon or so (in violation of federal law). The short flush is very decisive, but the [secret] flush would be a great selling point (for pooie if it was legal).
Both great alternatives to the old-timey wax rings. You can reset the bowl if need be later.
Miscellaneous hardware and time. The job was challenging as hell rebuilding that broken toilet floor flange. Definitely not in the purview of plumbers, more like machinists and mechanics.
