Thanks, Loddy, I had a good day yesterday. I went up to Vijay's convenience store to get some smokes and thought I saw one of Ramette's trucks next door at the liquor store. She's been MIA for almost a year, last Xmas. After I got a couple cartons, I drove over, and sure as shit, there she was sitting in her truck, on a break, having a smoke.
I'd heard about her breaking her foot after last Christmas, but I didn't know she had heart problems and had to have some stints put in. Man she's a good lookin' gal for an old babe. I was ecstatic to see her and she was glad to see me. She said she's working three days a week.
No more cheating for me buying liquor at the grocery anymore. If you need me, I'll be at the Cap & Cork at the corner of Coliseum and Lake.

Thanks, Dad. I've had a pretty good run the last couple of weeks. My sister was here last Thursday, Friday night on the couch with her Aussie Shepherd Misty. She left Saturday morning and I'm still alive, that's a good thing, I guess.
The weekend before, I went to my neighbor's daughter's 21st birthday party, that was a hoot. Ended up bring home a cute young gal that told me I was "rizz". I guess that's supposed to mean charismatic, which I am far from. If I can figure out how to get that story from XXX down to R, I might tell it. If not, what a wild memory.
McMurphy will be leaving in the next week to a month, depending on the progress of her cargo container. I'll miss her so much. I'll also probably be the last US citizen she sees before she gets on the silver bird. I don't think FWA has any direct flights to Vilnius. Might be a long ride. I was tempted to go with her, but I'm way too old for that shit.
