COLUMBIA, S.C. – According to reports from across the country, the number of individuals in the country who are libertarian and libertarian-curious is declining. Experts attribute this decline to the rise of "drag queen story hour."

"It's a ghost town here," said David Witters, president of the Libertarian Society of Columbia, South Carolina. "This place used to be packed, wall to wall. We'd sit around, and talk about Paul. Sometimes Ron. Sometimes Rand. It was amazing."

The dwindling number of libertarians has been especially felt across college campuses. "It was amazing," said Lee Butler, a sophomore at the University of South Carolina. "Used to be being a libertarian was a plus. You don't fit in a box like a lib or a con. You just want to let people do what they want. But now with the drag queen stuff, it's not the same."

"I dabbled in libertarianism," said a sophomore at the University of South Carolina who wished to remain anonymous. "But when I said the government should stay out of things, I meant, like weed. Meth maybe. Not the pedo stuff."

Some experts say that the decline in libertarianism has nothing to do with drag queen story time, however. "Libertarians are lame," said Jessica Waters, a former libertarian based in Spartanburg. "Like, very lame."

I was a libertarian for over a dozen years. I did not leave the LP, they left me. The NCLP was in opposite of the national LP. I talked to state LP about this and they blew me off. Because of that the state LP did not endorse me when I ran for public office. I still endorse the LP.

That's my modest little comment right below the video as 'scronx'.

To see Scronx's comment at the top, set "Sort by" to "Newest first".

From the video: "Racism is collectivist toxic garbage."

I see "collectivist" used as an invective from time to time by the libertarians at epautos.com; even Eric Peters himself uses it. Always without defining just what a collectivist is, and why being one should be a Bad Thing.

If I prefer one collection of people over any other collection of people, does that make me a collectivist? At epautos Eric and his crowd routinely denounce several groups (collections) of people: bad drivers, statist politicians, armed government workers (AGWs), mask wearers, vax pushers, et al., and they don't appear to believe that that makes them collectivists. But somebody who pointed out that Jews are bent on and big on destroying Western civilization and the White race that built it, and that Jews make an industry of every social pathology, and that Jews... etc., was denounced as a collectivist. I guess because not ALL Jews are bad, you see.

Does anybody here know anybody who believes in the right of free association? That is, the right to freely associate -- or not -- with whomever one chooses? How many such people do you all know?

You may put me in the believer column.

Excellent point! WHAT THE HELL IS COLLECTIVIST ABOUT RACISM? It's case #46,869 of people fearing to call thing's what they are, spinning the dial and fanatically taking up whatever other term it land's on. If they're that concerned about collectivism why aren't they out there doing the job nobody else will -- denouncing communism? Including the bipartisan kind we're under.

Nothing can be what it actually is because of kike supremacism over the entire ex-free world including communication's. Everything's at least one position off from its real self -- a never-ending Mad Libs game from hell.

Thank's for that cue about the video. I'm afraid your question would go right over most people's heads regardless of political stripe. Different story if phrasing it something like "Do whites have a right to their own exclusive clubs, school's and such?" Am not knocking the Liberts here per se, but wouldn't it be fun to randomly ask some that question ;)
