These kinds of claims are outlandish. Not that outlandish things don't happen, but if someone makes such claims, they best be well supported, and Bush was never awarded the MoH.

Certainly crazy stuff like this can serve as a smoke screen to make it easy for people to dismiss anything that isn't "normal" news.
