That is Douglas MacGregor talking. Notice what he said about tuberculosis spreading amongst the Ukrainian troops.
Those Wagner forces are ex-convicts with 3 weeks of training. They beat the best Ukrainian troops who had full NATO training.
Do you remember the Movie Pentagon Wars? It was a comedy about the Bradley Fighting vehicle. It sucks. Armor sucked. 25 mm gun? What the hell. Deer Hunters have higher caliber.
