Caldwell (locally CALL-dwel) is a city in and the county seat of Canyon County, Idaho.[4] The population was 59,996 at the time of the 2020 United States census.[5]
The racial makeup of the city was 77.5% White, 0.6% African American, 1.2% Native American, 0.9% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 16.1% from other races, and 3.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 35.4% of the population.
