These NATO tanks will require NATO crews. That is in addition to the 40,000 NATO troops already there. The Russians are about to launch an offensive from Belarus, Russia and the Donbass that will cut all supply lines multiple times. The Ukrainian and NATO soldiers on the frontlines will have no diesel for transport and electrical generation, no food and no ammunition. They will surrender or die.
