That being said, is it likely that the conditions today are less conducive to an emergence of demons than during the time of Christ ? You have to ask yourself, is this all something new, or have nefarious forces been at work for millennia.
Someone once said that history was written by the winners of wars. Who knows what's actually been going on in the centuries and millennia gone by.
There has been a tremendous increase of pure evil since WWII, however, there were always dark forces at work if you look at what's known to have happened throughout history.
Thing is, much of that evil was committed by those professing to be doing the work of God, such as what the Church of England did to those they saw a "heretic". The Roman Catholic Church were no better with their Inquisitions. Medieval torture was used extensively. "Holy Crusades" were based upon the "convert or die" philosophy.
That is one reason I can't believe what they profess, as they have committed horrendous evil, most likely unleashing that evil upon the world forever. I can't see anything deriving from them as "holy".
Evil existed before that though, probably for as long as there have been people on this planet, and probably for all of Eternity.
There has never been as many people on this world (that we know of) as there is now. And with technology we can see what's been going on much clearer than we could have seen 50 years ago.
But back 60 years ago the "deep state" thought it was OK to assassinate the President of the United States, and were actually able to cover up their crime even up to today.
Something was already terribly wrong with our world then, it's just gotten more obvious over the years.

No argument from me especially the religious angle. I study the Bible but cannot bring myself to enter a church. The worst of the worst in politics are war mongering murderers and pedophiles and yet they go to church (usually for a photo op).
The current trend in evil and decadence though appears to be more commonly shared among the general population as opposed to the criminal class and others in high places. I'm somewhat secluded living in a small town that I don't leave very often. However when I do venture out into some metro area I'm appalled at the obese, stupid looking, degenerates, and mentally damaged zombies lurking (sorry) there.
In my mind I wonder how do these people manage ? These areas more often than not look somewhat dangerous and run down. I have to think that white people moving out to the suburbs has left a vacuum filled by the dregs of society.
I'm pretty certain that you're right about the authors of history being able to adjust the facts to fit their plans for the future.
This time in history is as wicked and disgustingly filthy as I can recall ever in my lifetime.

It was some time ago that I had read something to the effect of Kiev (Kyiv) being a homeland or home town for Khazarian Jews. It may have been the 13th Tribe or something written by another Jew/Israeli Schlomo something or other.

Modern Day Jewry are squatters, imposters, and converts to Judaism. They are very good propagandists. They actually arrived in the Palestine area after the captivity in Babylon. They brought their "Traditions of "men" now called the (Babylonian) TALMUD which was an oral tradition put into print sometime around 500 AD.

There are Sumerian legends which predate the writing of the Torah, which ALSO have a tale about a great flood, as do other prehistoric writings and legends.
So SOME part of the Old Testament are old stories retold by Jewish scribes in a more acceptable form.
However, what we CAN acknowledge is that God (that which is God) created EVERYTHING, whether they be human, animal, or alien beings.
Atoms, molecules, space and time. EVERYTHING.
It can be said that God is perhaps EVERYTHING and EVERYONE who ever existed, and will ever exist.
