The combination of Lipitor (cholesterol) and Gemfibrozil (triglycerides) did in my step-dad in 2006. I think they called it rhabdomyolysis. His muscles dissolved and he pissed them out. Harold was a big man, not fat, strong. He got to the point where he couldn't lift a gallon of milk. He said it was very painful.
