Amazing. In the Ohio case, however, there is video footage of a fire under one of the rail car undercarriages some 20 miles before the accident site. That seem to suggest it was caused by car defect or maintenance failure.

I seem to recall seeing that same train clip in a video a few years ago, and that video claimed that the train and tracks were in Russia.
