Middleton facilitated White House visits for the high-profile pedophile and Bill Clinton associate Jeffrey Epstein on seven different occasions during Clintons presidency, a FOIA request by the Daily Mail revealed. Perry County sheriff Scott Montgomery spoke with reporter Douglas Montero of RadarOnline around the time of Middletons death. Montgomery said there was a hole in the chest and pellets came out the back of his back but that there was not a lot of blood or anything on the scene. [Middleton] found a tree and he pulled a table over there, and he got on that table, and he took an extension cord and put it around a limb, put it around his neck and he shot himself in the chest with a shotgun. Montero was formerly with The New York Post for over a decade, and Sheriff Montgomery has never publicly rescinded his statements nor offered clarification. Montero also spoke with one of Middletons business associates who witnessed Ashley Haynes another Arkansas resident found dead just four months earlier in Middletons office some years ago. Middleton allegedly became excited before the meeting and said it was important. According to the police report, Haynes was found in the Arkansas River in approximately 10 feet deep water, with a cinder block attached to her leg. I spoke with Montero to confirm the veracity of the story. The journalist provided me with the police report on Haynes death and connected me with Middletons business associate who would like to remain anonymous. The associate relayed to me that in the days following Marks death, his brother Larry Middleton told local community members that Mark had died from an antidepressant overdose. This contradicts the story told by sheriff Montgomery. Larry is a VP at Stephens Capital Management, founded by deceased billionaire Jackson Stephens who bankrolled Bill Clintons early political career. Larry took over the familys air conditioning business after Marks death and, according to the anonymous associate, offered compensation to employees and friends who could identify the RadarOnline informant. Marks phone number and previous home address were listed in Epsteins Black Book the pedophiles infamous rolodex of high-power contacts. The anonymous source was able to provide a phone number for Mark (saved from an old email) which matched 1 of the 13 numbers filed under Middleton, Mark in the Black Book. Heifer Ranch, the location where Mark was found, is owned by Heifer International, a Clinton Global Initiative partner. Mark's name also appears in the flight logs of the Lolita Express Epsteins private jet on a flight with Donald Trump. Middletons Clinton Involvement In the late 1990s, Mark Middleton was the subject of a congressional investigation into illegal donations made to the DNC and Clinton campaign. The House Committee on Government Reform found that the Clinton Administration was accepting foreign donations from top officials in Chinese intelligence and military, including one general of the Peoples Liberation Army (PLA). A committee hearing revealed that General Ji Shengde, Military Intelligence Director of the PLA, donated large sums of money and told one witness, We really like your President. We hope he will be re-elected. I will give you $300,000 U.S. dollars. You can give it to your President and Democrat Party, according to testimony. Many millions in funds were scrutinized by the House committee, resulting in the DNC returning nearly $3 million of donations. Some key figures involved plead guilty to conspiracy to violate campaign finance laws. Middleton was not one of these people despite the House report stating that in the Committees investigation of campaign improprieties during the 1996 Presidential election, Mark Middleton was ubiquitous. One of the key figures in the scandal who met directly with Middleton was Ng Lap Sen, a Chinese billionaire who more recently was sentenced to 4 years in prison for bribing a United Nations official. From the House report: Currency Transaction Reports show that Ng imported large amounts of cash into the United States shortly before each of his meetings with Trie and Middleton. As described earlier, Ng brought over $200,000 into the United States prior to his meetings with Middleton on June 22, 1994 and August 1, 1994. Trie refers to Charlie Trie, a Little Rock restaurateur identified by the CIA and FBI as having ties to Chinese intelligence. From the Wall Street Journal: In one instance, Oct. 20, 1994, Mr. Middleton met in the Roosevelt Room of the White House with his brother, Stephens Inc. investment bank executive Larry Middleton, as well as Mr. Trie and Mr. Ng, according to Mark Middleton's White House calendar. That same day, $100,000 was wired from Mr. Ng's Macau account to Mr. Trie. One witness told the committee that Ng was acting as a front for Chinese authorities. The committee tracked hundreds of thousands in DNC donations originating from Ng. Ng owns several hotels, casinos, and massage-table dance-karaoke establishments in his home city of Macau, which the House report claimed were frequented by Chinese mafia. Middleton made handsome returns through his connections. The House committee verified that one Indonesian client paid Middleton $850,000 ($1.6 million in todays dollars) over a 9-month period. A non-exhaustive list of Middletons income sources at the time included $125,000 ($240,000) salary from an international real estate developer and $150,000 ($273,000) from a client of his consulting firm despite his producing no tangible results for said client. Implications So, here you have a man who was deeply ingrained in the Clinton machine, securing millions for the President and his party while deepening the administrations ties (knowingly or unknowingly) to Chinese military interests. After the 90s, however, the scandal was largely forgotten, and Middleton took over his fathers air conditioning installation business (though according to the source was still heavily involved with international connections). He appeared to have cashed in and was living a relatively normal life. Then, in December of 2021, the Daily Mail brings renewed attention onto Middleton, highlighting his affiliation with Epstein. It is unclear what happened thereafter but interesting to note that his death was just 5 months later. I think he was on the run, the source told me. Middleton was allegedly looking for a buyer of his family business and had contacted realtors in Dallas to acquire assets there, perhaps fleeing the Clinton stomping ground of Little Rock. This is speculation. Sadly, that is the best we can do when journalists have virtually no interest in organized crime penetrating the highest position of the executive branch. If you are from Arkansas or know something/someone, speak up about this. DM this Twitter account with information (and be ready to verify its authenticity). From what I understand, Ark. residents are aware of this mafia-like apparatus that has been a part of their state for a long time but are afraid to speak up. Lets talk confidentially.
