Attorneys general in 24 states filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration's Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday over a new water rule that would limit farmers' and landowners' ability to make use of their land, Fox News Digital reported.

Decades ago the EPA was claiming jurisdiction over temporary pools of water created by sudden and heavy downpours of rain. They even had a "Glancing Goose" rule that if a goose flying overhead could see water pools he might like then the EPA could take charge.
