Who Then Carjack and Murder Him in Cold-Blood Prosecutors plan to charge two teens arrested in connection to the deadly shooting of a Battle Creek Central High School student as adults.
Police say 17-year-old Jack Snyder was shot and killed just after midnight on Friday in the area of Battle Creek Avenue and Capital Avenue SW.
He was such a good soul. He would help anyone out, which is how he died, said Ryan Jordan, Snyders uncle. He was always helping people, he didnt care who you were or where you came from.
Police believe Jack saw two teens walking outside in the cold and offered to give them a ride. When the two got in the car, police say they tried to carjack the victim and pulled out a gun.
According to police, Jack resisted and was shot twice.
