156 feet of beach frontage on "unimproved" land... Poster Comment: SEE PHOTO. It has a very nice lawn. I estimate the lot to be 1/3rd of an acre.

Closer to a half of an acre. My lot is ~three-eights of an acre. I'd put a single-wide on it with a detached four car garage just to piss off the Richy Riches. I know, city ordinances wouldn't allow it. What a perfect place to sell fresh produce. Who in the hell hates fresh produce?
