Cho Bai Dung and his fellow travelers are thieves and liars. Every day these Rats continue any position of trust is another day of dishonor for Bai Dung, The US Army and Benedict Arnold Milley.

From the above oath we can see that Milley is in violation of his sworn oath. This is Treason.
