A new rule from the Biden administration will force homebuyers with good credit scores to pay higher mortgage rates in order to subsidize loans to those with riskier borrowing profiles, the Washington Times reports.

My daughter told me yesterday that her mortgage payment was going up about $250 a month. (They're already struggling.) Something to do with escrow and insurance. Right after that I watched the following video where this guy is relaying this latest bankster travesty and is also saying insurance rates are going up as well to subsidize homeowners with lower scores, the goal being for when it all collapses for the bankers to own all the houses. BlackRock, he says, is using people's 401K's for this purpose.

Already we are witnessing the strings working the puppets , like King County Executive Sims talking about raising building permit fees by five percent to "save the salmon." There is an old maxim of law: "deceivers deal in generalities". We are only seeing the "tip" of the iceberg.

I won't hold my breath because with modern technology giving rulers instant knowledge it is probably not possible. However, perhaps in the next 50 years there is a 0.01% chance of a French style revolution.
