The Supreme Court added Loy Brunson's emergency lawsuit surrounding the 2020 presidential election to its docket this week, a case targeting 388 federal officials including Mike Pence, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris.
The case Loy Arland Brunson v. Alma S. Adams doesnt focus on the outcome of the election, but rather that officials ignored legitimate calls to investigate the election and possible interference, ultimately violating their oath to defend the Constitution. The case claims the 388 defendants invalidated themselves from holding public office.
The Supreme Court entered the case into the docket on Tuesday after an expedited emergency process.
