Lira married a Ukrainian woman he met in Paris. He was living with her in Kharkov Ukraine when he was initially detained in January or February of 2022. He was not allowed to leave the country but he did send his wife and 2 children out of the Ukraine. The SBU did de-monetize all his videos but they left them up for now.
