Iran should tell the Kurds to pull out of Syria by a date certain as soon as they get the S-400 from Russia. Then they should fire a Kinzhal missile at the Kurdish governments military HQ. The Mach 12 Kinzhal missile digs a hole 98 feet deep where its target used to be.
The Iraqis and the Iranians should demand the return of their seized funds. They can sell the US planes to pay for the sanctions.
Iran and Iraq should then set up a No Fly zone over Iraq. Iran should forward 200 of the older Grad MLRS rocket launchers to the Iraqi pro-Iranian militias who can run the Americans and the Kurds out of Syria.
