They might shut the doors, but it will still be there for the Uber nerds. They’ll reopen when money is better. Trust me, they didn’t fabricate all that stuff cheaply just to throw it out. Chances are they’ll use it as a film set for new Star Wars related projects.

So they come here to purchase property. They bought the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel several years ago and are planning to turn the top 20 floors into condos. (They are also buying up farm land.)
Lots of luck with that now seeing as NYC tax policies have driven the wealthy to tax friendly places such as Florida and Texas. ;)
