I'm supplying the mixers and beer.. ;P

OH and the food for a big crowd...big pot of shrimp gumbo, barbequed ribs and brisket.. potato salad.. grilled corn (basted with cayenne, garlic and butter.. good stuff), cole slaw, green beans.. hmm somebody will have to bring the salad ;P

For dessert.. blackberry cake.. did I leave anything out?? ;P

Impressive - dull cold winter days are when I get the ambition for a roux. Fourty five minutes min for the result. Do you put in chopped green onions in the mix right at the end?

Like I said you have to be patient or you'll have to toss the entire thing out.. I start out of course with the trilogy.. onions, green peppers, celery.. good stuff.. and only at the end add green onions but first the shrimp.. I got the recipe from someone from New Orleans.. it's really good..
