At the end of this short video, Dima says Zelensky saw the conditions of his troops at the front and decided to offer peace on his terms. Russia would have to give up its goals which are de-Nazification, de-militarization and neutrality (no NATO or EU membership.) That is unacceptable to Putin. He will not allow NATO missiles minutes away from Moscow.
