To “right” the past “wrongs” of apartheid, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and his African National Congress (ANC) political party are trying to punish white residents by enacting “race quotas” on how much water they are allowed to use.
I imagine people have a natural reluctance to relocate from the place they've lived their whole lives, but white South Africans do need to evacuate from the continent. I think they have a choice between Russia and Australia, at the very least.
