Biden Shouts ‘These Are Our Kids’ In Weird Pro-Trans Mutilation Rant

President Joe Biden continued to stir controversy in defense of minors getting sex-change treatments Thursday, repeating his oft-quoted claim that “they are all our kids.” Despite solid opposition from top Republican 2024 presidential candidates, Biden has maintained this claim while proponents of the treatments tout the reversal of restrictions set forth under the previous administration.
This statement yet again puts a spotlight on the issue of sex-change treatments for minors, which typically include chemical castration, puberty blockers and the removal of healthy sex tissue. While Biden is heralded by the LGBT community for his reversal of the ban on transgender troops and the signing of the Respect for Marriage Act into law, the idea of subjecting young children to such drastic treatments proves a bit too far for many.
Sixteen states have already taken a stance on the matter, banning “gender affirming care” for minors, however, Biden continues to claim that “extreme officials are pushing hateful bills targeting transgender children.” This statement alone is enough to put a fear in many parents who fear for the safety of their children and even feel the need to emigrate elsewhere.
Good intentions are one thing, but seeing a President who regulates and tries to control the choices of parents by claiming all children are “our children” proves a bit too much for some. Parental rights are one thing but outright controlling and denying the right to decide what’s best and safest for their children is another.
