If both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are impeached simultaneously then the Speaker of the House would be elevated to President. It is obvious there would not be enough time to appoint replacements. And the United States without its President would be like an Indian tribe without its Chief. ;)

The Speaker of the House would be sworn in as President withing minutes. Trump could be elected Speaker without first being elected to the Congress so he could fill out the remaining 1 year and a 1/2 of his second term.
