What's the problem? It's an exact and pluperfect statement of ameriKan foreign policy going back almost 150 years. We've bludgeoned all these countries expressly because we considered their people "niggas" who didn't "know how to behave"! It's not one bit nobler than that.

On October 7, 1940, Lieutenant Commander Arthur McCollum of the Office of Naval Intelligence submitted a memo to Navy Captains Walter Anderson and Dudley Knox (whose endorsement is included in the following scans).
