What's the problem? It's an exact and pluperfect statement of ameriKan foreign policy going back almost 150 years. We've bludgeoned all these countries expressly because we considered their people "niggas" who didn't "know how to behave"! It's not one bit nobler than that.

In particular, WW2-worshiping ameriKans' hearts should burst with pride right out of their swelling chests to hear it put so bluntly. Hey, subtlety has never been our thing.

On October 7, 1940, Lieutenant Commander Arthur McCollum of the Office of Naval Intelligence submitted a memo to Navy Captains Walter Anderson and Dudley Knox (whose endorsement is included in the following scans). Captains Anderson and Knox were two of President Roosevelt's most trusted military advisors.
