In the late 70s when I lived on NW side of Chicago, these four girls had their birthdays in November. They rented a mansion out in the suburbs. I drove the truck out there with the band in back.
I was sitting around and one of the girls came running, "Cowboy, there's a fight by the beer bar."
I went over there and people were standing on chairs beating on each other. I started to wade into the crowd. I grabbed one guy by his right arm. He tried to turn on me to the left. I grabbed his left arm. He slipped because the floor was wet and I threw him down with a crash.
Everyone looked at me and I pointed while hollering, "Cool it, right now!"
They said, "It's cool."
The guy I threw down was apologizing to me the rest of the night.
I suppose that is how I got started in security. ROTFLOL
Some pretty good recall after the meningitis wiped out so much memory. ;)
