They lost MORE THAN 300,000 soldiers so far, 15,000 in this last offensive. They will try total mobilization. They have commissars out kidnapping men off the street, sending them 3 days for training and off to the front. I have seen videos of elderly women running commissars out of their village. One man threw a rock and hit the commissar in the head. One man grabbed a beehive from a tree and threw it at a commissar. The Russians are pursuing the current army with heavy weapons. Lots of men are surrendering. When the next wave of recruits arrive, the surrenders will be en masse.
