December 7, September 11 and May 25 JOHN W LILLPOP December 7 and September 11. Two tragic days in American history marred by attacks on our beloved homeland by cowardly foreign enemies. May 25 now joins those dates in infamy, after the US Senate visited unimaginable horror upon We the People in the name of immigration reform. Bombs were not dropped on Americans as was the case on December 7. Planes were not used as weapons of mass destruction against commercial landmarks and the Pentagon as on 9/11. Nonetheless, the devastation inflicted by the US Senate upon the We the People was whithering. In a spiritual sense, May 25 may actually represent a greater disaster for We the People than either Pearl Harbor or 9/11. After all, each of the 100 men and women serving in the Senate took an oath to protect and defend America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. In other words, they are supposed to be on OUR side… we count on them to protect our interests. But by a vote of 62-36, the US Senate said to hell with homeland security and American sovereignty. To hell with American language, borders and culture. Most tragically, to hell with the rule of law and to hell with We the People. Overall, 63% of the Senate voted to sell-out America in favor of Mexico. Only Judas has staged a more blatantly evil betrayal. Of the 42 Democrats who voted, 38 voted with Mexico, four with America. In other words, 90% of Democrat senators are unconcerned about US homeland security, and could care less if America decays into a third-world sewer like Mexico. The Democrats’ reward? 20 million new Democrats and the intoxicating lure of long-term political power. On the Republican side of the aisle, of the 56 who voted, 24 sided with Mexico while 32 said OK To America. In other words, 43% of GOP senators are more concerned with providing cheap labor for big business than with upholding the rule of law and protecting the homeland. True, 57% of the GOP voted for America. But Republicans are expected to defend American interests against the ravages of liberalism and socialism. Thus, 57% is abysmal. To add bitter poison to the mix, a GOP senator reportedly made a last minute change which requires the US to consult with Mexico before erecting a border fence. Consult with Mexico about securing US borders? Can you imagine? That’s like conferring with Osama bin Laden prior to implementing airport security. Or consulting with Iran’s goofy Ahmadinejad about US strategy for preventing the madman from blowing Israel into smithereens. Still, despite the gut-wrenching let down, patriotic Americans can be grateful for the fact that the US House of Representatives must also act on any immigration legislation before it can be signed into law. Thank God, the House is comprised of decent conservatives more commited to American security, sovereignty and culture than cheap labor. who was it that started the H1-b visa program? and the L-1 visa program. these were brought to us originally by republicans. and out-right amnesty would be far better than the guest worker programs that most republicans want. the guest-worker programs are long-term formulas for turning the american population into serfs. flood the work-force with people who are compromised and can't switch jobs, give the employers a source of workers who are semi-slave indentured servants, that's what republicans want.

THAT is the Democrat line! The question is better for who? The Democrat party, no longer able to win elections by appealing to real Americans? The Catholic church, desperate for peasants who have never even heard of the Da Vinci Code? Labor Unions, desperate for new, brain-dead fools to steal from? Amnesty is THE LIBERAL agenda, mates! Which is not to say that our stupid president and the RINOs behind him are any better!

That is the dishonest statement, Robin Again, the Vote on the floor of the Senate re the amnesty bill: For Amnesty: Democrats= 38 of 42 voting or 90% GOP= 24 of 56 voting or 43% MOST Republicans---57% do NOT want amnesty. Again: If amnesty is to be stopped, it will be because of the GOP House.
Let's not forget that the Republicans control the agenda completely -- 100%. It would have been impossible for the Democrats to start the amnesty program. Let's not forget that the Republicans proposed the amnesty bill in the first place. They issue didn't even exist until Bush started the ball rolling. Let's not forget that because the Republicans control the agenda, they could stop the amnesty plan tomorrow. Let's not forget that Bush could stop the amnesty plan today in one press conference. And please, have the decency not to try and tell us the Clinton is controlling Bush with a secret mind control ray or something equally silly. Also, let's not forget that it was the Republicans under Reagan that gave us the last amnesty plan. Finally, let us not forget that it is only moronic dupes like you who believe the Republicans are not the responsible party here.

We know you are brain dead and brain washed. You are trying to tell us: (1) The Republicans didn't start this, and (2) The Republicans are not the ones keeping this alive. This is a lie. But you know that. The Republicans gave us the illegal alien amnesty drive. They control the agenda. They gave it life. The Repbulicans are now keeping the illegal alien amnesty issue alive. They could kill it today if they wanted to. So who cares if a few unneeded votes sit it out in order to fool simple minded tools and goobers like yourself?
