House Republicans are preparing to release a scathing report accusing Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas of violating immigration law through the implementation of the Biden administration's open-border policies.
The report, which is estimated to be around 111 pages long, is expected to detail the initial findings of the Homeland Security Committee's inquiry into Mayorkas.
According to Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-Tenn.), the report will highlight various issues, including allegations of lying to Congress and the use of the CBP One app, which critics argue is a means to bypass Congress and grant automatic mass parole.
