President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden will appear in a Delaware courthouse Wednesday to formally agree to the plea deal he negotiated last month with federal prosecutors -- a resolution to a year's long probe that inflamed his father's political adversaries.

The younger Biden in June agreed to plead guilty to a pair of misdemeanor tax charges and enter into a pretrial diversion program that will allow him to avoid prosecution on a separate felony gun charge.

U.S. Judge Maryellen Norieka will have the opportunity to either reject or accept the terms of the deal on Wednesday morning.

Notable cases In 2023, Noreika presided over a case involving John Paul Mac Isaac. Noreika ruled against Isaac, who was Hunter Biden's laptop repairman, in his defamation lawsuit against CNN, Politico, and Hunter Biden.[9][10] In 2023, Noreika was assigned to the criminal case against Hunter Biden.[11]

Uh huh, it's either a woman or a tranny. You don't need to be Einstein to know which way that's going to fall.

“The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone.
TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy…
but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone.”

The problem is, say it's rejected and then goes to trial. Would he be convicted of anything? A conviction requires that the prosecution actually do a decent job of arguing it before a jury, and if prosecutors intentionally do a half-assed job then the trial is a farse, full of holes welcoming the defense to exploit, and Hunter walks.

I mean, if they offer him a sweet deal like this, they are clearly too compromised to execute the prosecution. Reminds me of some police abuse cases. They were too often acquitted but how real was the prosecution effort?
