The rising of interest rates in Japan means Japanese overseas investors will sell US stocks, bonds and Treasuries to get a better, safer return back home. How will US sell a trillion dollars in debt now that our credit rating was cut and Japanese are selling their bonds? Also China might also sell their bonds. The US is threatening them with war but the only weapon we have is sanctions which would be the seizure of their US bonds, stocks, Treasuries and bank accounts.
