With what we’re seeing today, America is dying and it’s a slow death. With Alabama Senator Jeff Session’s estimate of adding 217 million Mexicans and other Third World immigrants to this country by 2026, our death shall be much faster than Rome’s. Our president and politicians turn America into the next bi-lingual, low wage Third World country on the planet. Will America die? It depends on how long a ‘bleacher-full’ of American citizens keeps sitting quietly in the stands as their team keeps getting drubbed by the Mexicans. It’s highly un-American. What would happen (humor me) if some of these landowners started shooting these illegals who trespass on their land? Is this legal in (at least parts) of the Southwest (to shoot trespassers on posted land)?

Nonsense. Despite overwhelming public sentiment in favor of enforcing our borders, the politicians will not do it. We are doubtless the laughing stock of the world. We need no new law, just the spine to enforce what's on the books. America WILL crash and burn.
I've heard this, which is why I'm wondering what the actual law is. Of course, I think they should be well within their rights to shoot these people, but I'm wondering what's covered under the trespass law. In some sights (like Mass I believe) you're supposed to jump out a window or hide under a bed rather than confront an intruder (and God forbid - injure him). Personally I say be sure you don't leave 'em talking.

Overwhelmingly wide perhaps, but quite shallow. As all mere legalisms ultimately are. Nobody behaves as if something sacred has been trampled; that might be racist, bigoted, or ethnocentric. Nobody dies for a false flag.
The law is an ass, until the PTB want to enforce one against someone who disagrees. The "immigration issue" is about words, not action, and we're the losers. There will be no action. We are and will continue to be Mexico's dumping ground for their criminals and "throw-away" people. Fox has our number.
