Reflected light off the cockpit windshield is my guess. Too difuse to be an aiming point.
Something seems mighty fishy about a company that goes around and buys the rights for video footage taken on 9/11. Who the heck would do that other than the damn government? Who wants to make money and control the perception of what happened on 9/11 more than anyone else, the people who did it.
