Baltimore was spared my wrath as it is an amazing city, full of incredibly decent people. While this sounds strange, I can tell you that the black community was a lot nicer to me there, than up here in the north.
Why? I have absolutely no idea. Mostly because there is a huge integrated society and everyone seems to get along. I had more fun in 3 days there talking to the people that live there of every color, than I have here in the state I reside. Baltimore is safe for now.
