There is a new version of the Lancet already being used. It has a greater range. It also can attack in swarms of 30 to 80 or even more. New Lancet drones can swarm and communicate with each other as to targets. The new Lancet is fired from a canister with the wings folding out after launch.
The Russians have 303 geolocated videos of their FPV drones hitting targets from the first 16 days of September.

I expect a war in Sumy oblast just west of Kharkov. Russia has lots of Iskander missiles just across the border. The power grid and the rail lines from Kiev can be easily cut at Sumy - no electricity and no supplies for Kharkov and the northern Donbass.
If I were Putin, I would use Tornado S rocket artillery and Korean KN 25 MLRs to cut rail traffic in and out of Kiev while cutting out their electricity. After 10-4 the weather will make off road traffic impossible for trucks with even modest loads.
