When I was a kid growing up in the Midwest, you had families that had an elderly parent living with them. I do not think that it is a bad thing or should be considered a bad thing, as the wealth stays in the family, and this sort of thing is common in other places in the world.
That being said, is it good that children HAVE to live with their parents? No. Is it a problem with the economy? Oh its far deeper than that. Its a lot more than just affordability. Its about how much your dollar has been devalued, and how the big players such as Blackrock, have bought up all the houses.
The end goal, is to have a system like the UK where you own nothing, and youre a slave.
