And they’re off and running. The Presidential election horse race is going full steam 1 1/2 years before the actual election.

“A Revolution is not a dinner party” Mao Tse Tung

“An American Presidential election is not a college lecture about Constitutional law & free market economics” Jack Ryan Occidental Dissent

I m not going to waste a lot of time following the US Presidential campaign. I’d rather be held hostage by the Taliban/Islamic Jihad .

So how about some entertainment, some comedy? What are our readers’ views on the worst Amurikun patriotard songs?

Here are some nominees: Lee Greenwood “God bless the USA” (cringe worthy music video Link )

Hank Williams Jr’s “Don’t Give Us a Reason” – “Cause we’re about to invade Ay-Raq and get SADDAM HUSSEIN Like We Got Hitler” (Let’s be Jannisary Slaves for the Js Link)

In a similar vein, here’s patriotard fa*got Toby Keith tugging at our sleeves to “answer the phone call, leave a beautiful young wife and child on the farm and go off for AIPAC, Goldman Sachs, CNN and fight those Ay-rabs again in Ay-raq ’cause we didn’t finish the job the first time”. How did our budget destroying wars for “freedom and democracy in Iraq against another Axis of Evil work out?” Oh not so good. The secular Baathis regime/society was brought down causing anarchy and ISIS came to power, complete with child sex slave auctions! Yeah, that worked out great didn’t it Toby? Here’s Toby’s “sign up the White farm boys” recruitment video – “Amurikun Soldier ” Link

Oh, and the Zio, AIPAC, Military Industrialist Cheney & Bush families managed to get ol Toby Keith to do a second “Let’s have another fun war in Iraq” patriotard song, music video “Courtesy of the Red White and Blue… fag*ots. Link

Some other noted patriotard songs: “I’m a real American” (Hulk Hogan’s theme song Link

Charlie Daniels “In America” Link

=-=-=-=-=-=-=

NN SEZ: Just wretched to see Charlie Daniels on this bandwagon. He was always so good, so rightist, so brilliantly talented -- even funny. Oh well, one or two neocon songs out of his and the CDB's huge output isn't a bad rate. Used to hear his politically correct songs like Same Ol Me on local AM radio in my town before it went neocon.

If you don't already have his landmark Simple Man album I guarantee you'll enjoy it.

In comments below the article somebody embedded an actually decent topical country song -- Have We Forgotten by Darryl Worley. If country music hadn't gotten jewed I'll warrant there'd be lots of such songs helping wake ameriKans from their civic stupor.

Most entertainers -- including most country music singers -- are driven by the love of money. In some of the examples cited in this article, the artist (or his record company*) might have known that the conservative/Republican/Christian/Warmonger crowd would lap this up while lining the artist's pockets. So in some cases these songs could have been chosen without an explicit sell-out event in a meeting with bagels and shekels behind closed doors.

*Admittedly, probably Jew-owned.

Also, a lot of country music entertainers are -- just like their fans -- already unquestioningly gung-ho for any US military action, so they don't even need to be bought off to support that violence.

“I am not one of those weak-spirited, sappy Americans who want to be liked by all the people around them. I don’t care if people hate my guts; I assume most of them do. The important question is whether they are in a position to do anything about it. My affections, being concentrated over a few people, are not spread all over Hell in a vile attempt to placate sulky, worthless shits.” - William S Burroughs

I don't know if we've discussed another strange angle on all this round heah -- why weren't the music stars of the 1960s ever drafted? The gods of pop, folk, rock etc. I can't remember it affecting the movie idols of the era either. Elvis 'served' in the 1950s -- useful for propaganda purposes -- but who else in his industry? I realize these aren't your (SG) main areas of focus.

Jimi Hendrix was 101st Airborne, but that was before he was famous.

Right -- fame seems to be the dividing line. Wow, his saga there and exit from the pressure cooker before being sent to fight:

en.wi kipedia.org/wiki/Jimi_Hendrix#Military_service

That's really great, I've never heard of anybody being kicked under any 'honorable' status on any grounds like those -- they saw he hated the army and would be no use in battle, and let him out!

A couple years ago I (a sworn enemy of conscription from earliest life) asked a compatriot friend who's also a proud veteran what it would be like if one simply refused to co-operate once drafted. Or maybe if you told the draft board you were wise to the whole racket -- bankers' wars, new world order, Bonus Army etc -- and had no intention on becoming their cannon fodder? He said they'd break you one way or the other, I forget how, but that you'd never escape.

Isn't the 101st considered an elite unit?

I like what Mike Rivero has been telling warmonger politicians for years; John McCain was a frequent target: "Here's your parachute, John, and here's your rifle..."

That really is priceless because it's the simple truth that, as you indicate, no other public voice dares utter.

The latest, frankest, shortest variant on GBTUSA is '"ZOG BLESS THE JEW- SA" SONG BY DINO'

John McCain was a frequent target: "Here's your parachute, John, and here's your rifle..."

McCain was a victim of the shortsighted U.S. policy of Robert S. McNamara of not targeting the SAM missile sites in North Vietnam. ;)
