If he becomes President, he may be eligible on the grounds that he was not elected a second time. He would be Selected if in the event Cackles And CornPop get the boot. And not a duly elected president.
The ONLY reason for him to be rendered ineligible, is if they expose the deep state, expose the phony election, expose Biden and Cackles as buffoons and of course Mike Pence as the traitor he is. The only way he becomes ineligible is if they can prove he was re-elected.
Because the amendment is, cannot be elected to office more than twice. He was not elected to office, he was elected to the speaker of the house, elevated to president due to unforeseen or foreseen circumstances, and would still be eligible to run in 2024.
