25-40 years ago I liked wearing Hawaiian shirts to hide my gun. It was long before the days of the internet and amazon. I always wanted a yellow one, but K- Mart, etc. didn't have much selection.
Things have gotten crazy enough post-Trump that once again, I'm strapped. I finally got my yellow shirt. Some old gal accosted me me at Kroger that was in love with my shirt, I'm assuming it was the Hawaiian shirt, not the Buddy Brown Wolverines T-shirt that has the Statue of Liberty holding up an AR-15.
I'm not used to having people actually having the audacity to address me in public. It startled me. If I would've had my wits about me, I should've told her, "You should see my car."
I bought a 2010 Mercedes Smart Car out of Chicago. My "emotional support mechanic" Chip has spent more time with it than I have. The thing is so funny it's incredible. My sister had the thing delivered by one of her contractors on a lawnmower trailer. I guess I don't need a giant truck to prove my manliness. My peenee speaks for itself.
The Lord Commander of the Apocalypse and his American Standard/Shepherd Wolf hunting down every survivor of the end of the World that doesn't like dogs...
I've seen Tommy's picture. I haven't had a solid bowel movement since then.
We worked Pearl Jam in Chicago at Soldier Field in '96. It was the same stage as Woodstock 94. I could tell by the hardware since I spent a couple of days walking on it.
When the crowd started to body surf there was no way to keep them off the front of the stage. My boss was hollering he didn't want anyone on front of stage. I told him, "You're not going to be able to keep them off. It will be just like Woodstock."
There was a barricade out in the crowd with 15 guys standing around doing nothing. I called the Supervisor on radio and said, "Send half your crew up on the front of stage to help out." ;)
