The US cannot fight a war and win. We could not defeat Iran. The Israeli Army is not that good. They have a good few units. They cannot win a fight against Hamas and Hezbollah.

War against Iran means ME oil is cut off from the entire west. That alone would cripple the US economy while being a huge boon to Russia.
