Of course it is. That was evident shortly after it rolled out.
As the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. I didn't buy it for a second. Unfortunately many people swallowed it, hook, line, and sinker. I'm on the fence as to whether or not Trump is for real, or just playing his part for the show. He's always struck me as a snake oil salesman..
