The weaponized justice system is coming after Donald Trump and his supporters.

Democrats just scored a major victory.

And Donald Trump will not be happy after a judge handed down this prison sentence.

Trump and his voters continue to witness the two-tiered system of justice in America corrupt the idea of equal treatment under the law.

The latest example of Democrats wielding the legal system as a sword against their perceived opponents came when a federal judge sentenced a Trump supporter named Douglass Mackey to seven months in federal prison because he posted memes during the 2016 election that made fun of Hillary Clinton.

“Avoid the line. Vote from home,” the meme Mackey posted read. “Text ‘Hillary’ to 59925. Vote for Hillary and be a part of history.”

Joe Biden prosecutors convicted Mackey using the same law designed to target the Klu Klux Klan that Jack Smith used to charge Trump in the 2020 election case: 18 U.S. Code § 241: Conspiracy Against Rights.

A federal judge then sentenced Mackey to seven months in prison.

A left-wing comedian named Kristina Wong posted a similar meme at Trump supporters that told them they could vote from home in the 2016 election.

Naturally, Wong faced no charges because she is a loyal Democrat.

First Amendment experts warned that under this application of the law, Joe Biden and his prosecutors can arrest any Trump supporter for making any claim about the election online that Democrats deem false.

“It criminalizes conspiring to ‘injure’ or ‘oppress’ someone in the exercise of any constitutional right,” Director of Public Advocacy for the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression Aaron Terr told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “If that vague language covers speech that deceives people into voting improperly, it raises the troubling possibility of the government also applying it to allegedly false statements about political issues or candidates that discourage people from voting, not just misrepresentations about the logistics of exercising the franchise.”

The Democrats’ weaponized justice system is a reality.

If the legal system works on behalf of one political party and against the other, then the rule of law no longer exists in America.
