The Islamic Resistance of Iraq unveiled a new missile called “Al-Aqsa-1” and announced that it has used this missile to target the United States’ military bases in Iraq and Syria.
On November 6, the Islamic Resistance of Iraq released a picture of the new missile called Al-Aqsa-1.
In a statement released by the Iraqi Islamic Resistance, it was stated that the group has unveiled the medium-range missile Al-Aqsa-1 for the first time on Monday as part of responding to the war crimes committed by the occupying regime in Jerusalem al-Quds and its aggression against the Gaza Strip under the guidance and management of the United States.
The Al-Aqsa-1 missile was used to target the United States’ military bases in Iraq and Syria.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Aqsa-1 missile is very similar to the Iranian armed forces’ Fateh-110 missile. Fateh-110 is a solid-fueled missile with a 500-kilogram warhead and a range of 300 kilometers.
In case that Al-Aqsa-1 missile has similar specifications to Fateh-110, the range of influence and destruction of resistance group’s attacks against American occupiers in Iraq would increase significantly.
The unveiling of the Al-Aqsa-1 missile comes as tensions between resistance groups and the US terrorist army in Iraq and Syria have increased significantly in recent months, and only in recent hours, several military bases belonging to the US occupiers in Iraq and Syria have been targeted by the Islamic Resistance of Iraq.
