LOL, PJ does two sermons on this one right after the other. Will he be marrying this chick and making up for lost time?

I was enraptured with Cheaper By The Dozen as a boy -- the book and original movie. Made a pact with myself to have 12 bouncing, beautiful kids someday like Frank and Lillian Gilbreth. Now I'm proud to have contributed nothing to our rotten species's gene pool, which will soon go out of business anyway.

Revisiting the book and movie as an adult they weren't so rosy as I'd remembered at all, partly because the authors lovingly lied about a few things. I still love the abstract idea of it though. Any other fans of the stuff here? Ahhh that maternal Myrna Loy -- the Gibson Girl as beneficent fount of life ;)

Being an ultra sophisticated alcoholic, since 2014, I liked "The Thin Man" series of movies. No need to lecture me, I know all about the leftist Loy.
