We had a 2.6 BILLION Dollar surplus and instead of giving the money back to the tax payers? They raised taxes, and spent the money on bullshit like Education, More Stadiums, and other fucking liberal bullshit. The new taxes are supposed to pay for our roads. WHERE THE FUCK WAS THE GAS TAX COLLECTED FOR OUR ROADS???? This state is being mismanaged by grifters and fucking traitors.
