We had these two sisters that worked with us at the shop. They were a few years apart in age. Everyone called them "the twins" because they looked so much alike with double chins and double bellies.
One time when I was running the sort line, the older of the two was sitting on a chair. I asked her to get a couple of items and she said, "I can't reach them." I replied, "Get up off your bum and reach them."
Then her younger sister told me, "You're not supposed to tell my sister what to do."
I told my supervisor what she said and she called her, "Little Miss Sassy Pants." ROTFLOL
