Star Wars fans say female-led next installment is destined to fail after 2015 comments from feminist director saying her goal 'is to make men uncomfortable'

Star Wars fans and conservatives have jumped on comments by the director of a new female-led film in the franchise, leading them to believe it will be another 'woke' flop from Disney.

Two-time Oscar winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy has declared 'it's about time' a woman shaped a Star Wars film as she is set to become the first woman and the first person of color to direct a feature film for the franchise.

The film Star Wars: New Jedi Order is set after the most recent Star Wars sequel, 2019's The Rise of Skywalker, and will be centered on Daisy Ridley's character Rey.

However, many have unearthed comments made on a panel Obaid-Chinoy did with Meryl Streep and Jon Stewart that has provoked outrage over Disney prioritizing politics over good filmmaking.

Guess who no longer gives a fuck about Star Wars? This guy. That movie came out at a time when we were in the middle of a Cold War, and the Rebels were American and the evil Empire was supposedly Russia.

Then the Prequels came out and you realized that maybe the Empire was not such a bad thing as they kept law and order in the galaxy.

After that came the Sequels where you realized that the Empire was actually Democrats or Boomers IN SPACE… and they were fighting the MAGA Freedom Fighters with their man behind the scenes Palpatine. Except they thought that they were the rebels, when in fact they were the ones who had stolen all the wealth from the galaxy, built an usurping army to wipe out the existing empire, and then both empires were destroyed by people who were fed up with all their bullshit.

Honestly, a faggoted up Star Wars that is Female Centric, along with the politically correct stupidity is just what this failing Republic needs to see, so it can understand why it is so fucking important to remove old people from positions of power as they will inevitably betray you, and install a nanny state that will replace your rights with privileges that they will revoke if someone else breaks the law.

Fuck Star Wars. Fuck all these people.
