The facts are that Merrick Garland has sour grapes over the U.S. Senate rejecting him for a seat on the Supreme Court.

Now he is using all the power of the Justice Department to try to keep Trump off the ballot. Trump beating Hildabeast in 2016 was a stick in the eye of the real insurrectionists.
